Their service level is very poor. We have to remind them every time we go there to bring proper knife and fork with stakes but they always bring plastic knife and stake. Last time the waiter refuse to bring stake knife and said: Sorry, we only have one. After that I went to another waiter to complain and he brought me 4 more knifes but only 2 forks. When I complained to the manager, he said that sorry, our customers are satisfied with plastic knife. I asked him have you ever eaten stake with plastic knife, to which he replied, I do not eat stakes. This is honestly the worst level of customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. Great food and very delicious meals. However, the staff needs to be cooler with the customers. I am a frequent customer at your branch in Jeddah and have never faced any trouble with the staff or the food quality, but my experience in Makkah was different. We have waited for a long time without any reason and I have seen more than one table that was free. We asked one of the staff to take our order so we will have the food ready when we get to the table.
