كوفي ومطعم شغف الهدا — Restaurant in Makkah Region

I visited this café expecting a decent experience, but was quite disappointed. The fact that they don't even have a toilet is baffling. For any establishment serving food and beverages, basic amenities like a restroom are essential. It's inconvenient and really lowers the standard of the place. While the ambiance and menu might be decent, the lack of this basic facility makes it hard to recommend. I hope they address this issue soon.

Edit ; It seems they do have bathrooms, but they are strictly reserved for customers, which is understandable to some extent. However, the owner's response to inquiries about the bathroom was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

It’s unreasonable to assume that anyone asking for a restroom will not order food or drinks, but even if they don't, basic kindness and politeness should be standard. The dismissive and condescending behavior simply isn’t suitable for a café setting. I hope they reconsider how they handle such situations to create a more welcoming environment...

We love this cheesecake. This is the best cheesecake I and my husband have ever tasted. Absolute luxury and the taste is far too fantastic to describe. It’s creamy enough but not sickly and the flavours are amazing. Any tourists travelling to Saudia must come to the Taif up in the mountains. Crazy views and the coffee is so good 😊. I would travel from the UK to Taif just for the cake alone!!!
