مطاعم روائع سور الصين — Restaurant in Makkah Region

This is the worst restaurant, we came there and ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Meat Sizzling, Vegetable Noodles, Chicken Corn Soup, 1 orange juice and 1 water. The order takes very long to be served, it takes 45 minutes. Ok we can wait. The chicken corn soup come after 10 minutes, it taste just like water with crushed corn and add 1kg of monosodium G. Then the rest of the order came after 45 minutes. The Chicken Fried Rice come and served in very cold conditions as it like just came out from the fridge!! We don't eat that rice. The the meat sizzling taste very bad and the portion very small, we eat just a little. The last big problem is the Noodles, it taste just ok, BUT when we are in the middle of eating, we find A STRAND OF HAIR INSIDE THE VEGETABLE NOODLES!!! At that point we loss the appetite. We complaint it, and do you know what is the response from the waiter/manager/whoever he is? He just laughing and said it's long hair it's not from the chef hair or the other staff hair, may be it's from outside when we cook then carried by the wind into the dishes. Oh wow what "a proper way to answer the problem". The strand of the hair is around 15 cm - 20 cm.

All I can do just angry and tell them that how can they laughing as it like that's not a big deal if we found hair inside the dishes, and said to them that we complaint like this just to make sure it won't happen in the future to other costumer, because if its happen, and to the other costumer, even me, if I report it to Baladiyah that their meal get a strand of hair, it will be a very big problem for them. The cleanliness and sterile of their kitchen will be questioned.

At last we ask for the bill but he said that we don't need to pay. BUT WE INSISTED ON PAYING FOR WHAT WE ORDERED EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY ATE A LITTLE. We don't want they thinking that we complaint to get free eating. The we paid all.

JUST BIG NO. AND...

The worst experience ever , the order takes so long to come literally almost an hour and the restaurant is empty there’s no one !!!!! The soup is 20 riyal and it’s just water , no taste and there is nothing in it literally, the chicken there’s barely any chicken and it’s all sauce and vegetables , when we told them they did not care at all , DO NOT GO AT ALL.

You guys the drinks took hella long to come and they’re just soft drinks like why ?.
