An okay food but terrible service. The branch is crowded and food takes ages to prepare. Dynamite shrimp was delicious but cold and spring rolls are over cooked and soaked in oil. Noodles are okay but they give you way less amount than rice. Don't come here if you're in a hurry because you WILL be delayed. This branch offers parking area but its usually full so keep that in mind as well

We were eagerly waiting to try Chinese cuisine and we found lots of reviews regarding this restaurant.. we tried a couple of items in the menu including beef and chickenā€¦ however I realised that I am not a Chinese food lover šŸ˜ƒ.. service was good presentation was good .. unfortunately itā€™s my personal view I didnā€™t like the flavour ā€¦ most of u might disagree with me šŸ˜‰.. soup was good šŸ„°

Baytoti is a fine, full service restaurant that offers quality food at a reasonable price. Their take on Chinese cuisine is refreshingly good. Others may quibble that their offerings are not authentic Chinese but, in fairness, they do not make that claim.

I had the Beef Schezwan on my recent visit to their Hira branch and it was excellent. It was good as served but the flavor was kicked up couple of notches after I added the chili paste that came with the dish. The beef had a crunchiness to it that I found very pleasant. That quality puts it at a higher level than the Chicken Schezwan which I had on a previous visit.

I also had the Fish in Garlic and Chili sauce which was tasty but I found the meat to be a bit too soft for my liking. The Hot & Sour Soup was okay but a bit too vinegary for my taste.

Overall it was a good dining experience. Our order came after about fifteen minutes and the branch was clean and the portions were...

The restaurant is really beautiful with a great atmosphere.The food was delicious. There is a Filipina server who has no respect, she does not know how properly accommodate customers, we ordered chicken with mushroom soup, and they served us wrong, they served us corn soup. We asked the server, why they served us that, and suddenly a Filipina server gave us an attitude and disrespectful answer, and she spoke badly at his coworker in front of us. She has bad behaviour. They should be taught good manners, and how to accommodate properly and respect customers. And the food took a long time before...

One of the best Asian and Chinese restaurants in Jeddah city, the prices are so reasonable and the quality is so good in everything. The food is very tasty with very decent portion sizes in dishes.
