Gusto Kitchen Jeddah — Restaurant in Makkah Region

I am not giving any star's for the service because of really bad attitude from the service guy there. I ordered tea, they served in disposable glass which wasn't my choice. I asked to change it but the service guy told me that you should have informed us while ordering to serve it in normal glass - so that we can avoid wasting the disposable glass which costs 1riyal per glass. His intention was good to avoid a loss by unnecessary wastage but the way he conveyed was rude and not at all gentle which is not expected from the service staff especially from a restaurant. In a restaurant customers must be treated as guest with utmost gentle and pleasing attitude. Food with love taste more. So l paid 1 Riyal extra for the disposable glass as he quoted the cost while reminding me. Being there regular customer l never expected such kind of attitude especially from the same person who serves...

Alhamdullilah….. The taste was beyond my expectations. Keep it up chef! Ambiance was very good. Clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and mindful. The roasted crab and beef korma was very delicious. Allahumma barik! …… Gusto can never cease to impress. Every time we eat there we are satisfied to the brim. Most menu names are in Malayalam so it’s hard to recollect. But the weekend specials are such a treat to the palate… plus the service is ever so good and welcoming. Best place to go both for the taste as well as the cost plus great service. May they keep up...

I always eat here and I know the Chicken corn soup they serve me every time I order the soup. Today They give me a different chicken cork soup, it’s dark texture and first time to see chicken corn soup that is semi black Color soup, it’s dark grey color, the cashier explain to me that the chef is not available but I just wonder why they have to risk their business of having an incompetent chef, it’s better to say not available than have prepared by incompetent chef and ruin their name, I never argue after the reply and i just pay for nothing as I never dare...
