Speciallo — Restaurant in Makkah Region

Greetings to everyone reading this post. It shall be my first ever review that too coz i was really(Really) disappointed by Speciallo Lounge & Restaurant. Took 7 guests along after seeing an impressive brochure (attached) which clearly states open buffet but unfortunately it was a LIE. The management just served once and never looked back at the empty trays ever again, when we questioned them they said buffet is for an HOUR only where as it has been only 20min after Iftaar. Anyhow they brought us 2 plates of pasta to our table which was more like a GET OUT OF OUR FACE gesture.... We spent 634 sar and left with half tummies only.. Anyhow whoever still wants to visit them shall do the things as stated below.

A. Fill your plates like a mountain of food at your first go coz they wont refill it again (yes i know it looks and sounds gross but that's how you gotta deal with lying Restraunt)

B. IT IS NOT AT ALL an open buffet

C. The staff sucks BIG TIME

Note: Please don't give me the reasoning of mehangai (price hike) and all coz they can raise their buffet price + it targets consumers who are well...

I cant remember ever giving many places I have reviewed a single star.. yet this place well deserves to break the rule. Smokey environment, below average food, boarderline cleanliness, loud music (not during a concert), but most rediculous was rudness in the staff member who hosted us, It was lunch time around 2, there were a bunch of smokers in the near side of the shop, I asked to go to the deep-end away from smokers, but the waiter refused in a loud tone that was agressive and extreemly rude, I explained that I cant stand the smoke he still insisted that deep side was reserved for families (while rhere were actually no family guest at all on a Tuesday afternoon), As I mad my way to leave (now I wish I left) the soft-spoken and kind Egyptian manager aproached me asking why I was not happy, explaining my irritation to smoke he told me it was "perfectly fine" to go sit on any table I wanted!! Food quality was 2* at best, prices were quite high for the product, and the items delivered look NOTHING like the pictured...

Excellent Superb Customer Service Delivered By Mr Mohannad Zaydla and His Team Here In This Fine Dining Restaurant....Wow wow wow such a fantastic experience here...The waiters ,all staff,chefs and the Manager Mr Mohannad delivered expertly on all levels from the ambience, food &drink 😀 👌,lively atmosphere in the most beautiful 😍 setting...We enjoyed every minute here...The food was absolutely delicious 😋 and Mr Mohannad and his team catered to our every need with fanatical attention to detail....The big screen TV here adds to the beautiful entertainment here...Will highly recommend this Restaurant to All...We were so warmly welcomed and received here....One of My Best Dining Out experiences in Jeddah...Thank You sooo much Mr Mohannad and The Team here..May Allah bless You'll always and open many doors to...
