Today was my first and last visit with my family at this place. we saw it from outside and decided to dine in. It first we were warm welcommend and a waiter opened us the door and took us to our table. Unfortunalety we didnt got a child chair offered, my 3 year old girl must took a seat on a normal chair.
We Ordered:
Springrolls ( were fine, 4/5 ) Shrimp Dynamite ( nearly no sauce on it and not hot 2,5/5 ) Semi Cicilial Roll ( also cold 3/5 ) Thai Chicken Cashew ( 4,5/5 ) Beef Sezchuan ( 2/5 , i asked the waiter what he can offer us, cause this was our firt attempt in this restaurant and he saw that my wife is pregnant and my little girl very small aged, he didnt told by any word that this is going to incredible hot ) Banana Milk Shake ( 1/5 , not sweet and not even cold ! ) Strawberry ( 1/5 , same like banana ) water ( warm 3/5 ) 7Up ( warm 3/5 )
Total 24/45 , which is 3 of 5 stars, but what than happened was just CRAZY.
We tried the beef and my wife told me it was just not eatable, cause i was inncredible hot. I told a waiter and told me he will change, but instead the waiter from the beginning came and told me that i asked him to offer and we brought what he likes. I told him, that we are guests and that he can see my wife i pregnant, but he said i should know before. I even told him it was my first visit and why he didnt told me it was that hot, he said i can read in the card, but in english there is nothing mentioned. He ignored it and ask me if i would it the odered thing in the restaurant or take it with me.
NO EXCUSE, NO CHANGE, NO GUESTFRIENDLINESS
Than i sad, i want to go immidatly, because this was embarassing, but what than happened topped everything, he aked for cash or card and i gave him visa, the machine declined and he asked me out loud if i am not able to pay the bill, i stood up and walked through the cashier next the door and paid my bill with the same card. I told the cashier what happened, and he said i should read in arabic, i said i prefer english, because my wife ordes in english too, he said in eglish there stands nothing, but in arabic, but he also doenst stopped or changed anything. I said, that this was my last visit and they started laughing, even when we left the restaurat, nobody was helping with the door or something else.
I am just hiding names because of islamic manners and not to harm somebody but if you ask me, i would never ever spend a riyal there for those circumstances and i warn...
Read moreAfter reading the reviews we had high hopes for this place based on its reputation, but unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The service was slow and unprofessional; we waited over 20 minutes just to be greeted, and the staff seemed disinterested. When the food finally arrived, it lacked flavor. Hot and sour soup ( the only edible dish on the menu) Squid ( over done and extremely chewy) Schezwan beef didn’t even taste like beef extremely sweet and DISGUSTING! Extremely hot chicken was good ( kinda like popcorn chicken ) Dumplings were fine kinda like frozen ones!
The most annoying part of this was how dismissive the staff were only complained about the calamari being an edible overly cooked and chewy. We were told that’s just standard of how it is where from the US and we eat calamari often and this is definitely not how Murray served. My knife was not even able to cut it, nor would my teeth able to chew it . The beef was absolutely disgusting. It was not flavored just as if someone had put a dish together, not knowing ratio of any spices or anything.
Whatever you do DO NOT COME HERE
The tea was great we got red and green tea with mint and the hot and sour soup was good. We asked for the hot sour soup without shrimp and it was tasty and...
