Worst experience ever. We went there 2 times. 1st time we ordered chicken shashlik, sweet and sour and fried rice. Shashlik was okayish but too oily as if we are eating oil. We understand that shashlik is supposed to be deep fried so okay but the oil should be drained properly. Coming to the sweet and sour chicken. They served us chicken mince meat balls. Sweet n sour chicken is supposed to be boneless chicken pieces who serves mince balls in sweet and sour. 🙄 And the gravy was like ketchup mixed in water. Very very bad taste. And fried rice were so smelly we could feel the rice cooked in old unhygienic oil. Very smelly. They dont know how chinese dishes should be served. On complaining the receptionist was very very rude. Instead of apologising he said this is our way of making sweet n sour and every restaurant has its own recipe. Hello Mr. Receptionist !! 😡 We are not aliens okay we know how sweet and sour is made all around the worlddd... The second time we went because some body told us their steam roast chicken is good. We went to try n again the chicken was smelling so bad we couldnt even take a bite and we could see that the chicken was not washed properly.. very very bad and disappointed. A waste of money. Please dont ever go to taiba restaurant. The manager really needs to work on their staff especially the receptionist because he was very ill mannered. Highly...
Read moreWent there with friends. Food arrived quickly after order but Melamine plates were given instead of ceramic, totally unhygienic. Plastic spoons were given and its not enjoyable to eat with disposable spoons. Waiter didn't provide the enougg plates and spoon. Mostly food items were cold and upon asking the hot and fresh naan, they provide the same cold naan again. Waiter left the food on trolly and he didn't bother to serve on table. Hot and sour soup was a joke really. Couldn't find the pieces of chicken in it.
Russian salad was even not 50% close to the original taste. They just mixed fruit cocktail with tasteless cream. Overall very bad experience and when complained to the manager he said actually there is no waiter for the hall where you were sitting (irresponsible answer). If someone want to experience like you you are eating food on street served by ignorant people then you can choose this place. Even road side dhabas are providing better food...
Read moreI had a highly disappointing experience here. I ordered the Chicken Manchurian, which was the most expensive item on the menu, but it turned out to be the worst-tasting dish I've ever had. It was as if they mixed sweet ketchup with water, creating a tasteless and unappealing sauce. To make matters worse, the chicken seemed fake, likely made from soybeans, which was a huge letdown.
The overall service was equally poor. While the food arrived quickly, our soft drinks did not. Despite asking three times, they were brought out late. What was particularly disappointing was that the restaurant made no effort to compensate for the poor experience. They didn't offer to remove the cost of the Chicken Manchurian from our bill or offer an alternative dish.
The only redeeming factor was the naan bread, which was decent. However, this small positive does not outweigh the issues we encountered. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Save your money and...
