Alnadeg — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

The worst thing that might happen to you as customer. They forgot a whole chicken in my order. It is just bad experience and show you that the quality in this place is never can be worst.

I had few guests which made me look very bad when I arrived home and found out about the forgetten chicken.

I have contacted their manager by phone and I will be putting an update about their reaction.

Update: ( Abdulwahab) the branch manager said come and get your money. Wow, I was totally shocked with his response.

Another update: I called the regional manager ( Abo Abdulaziz ) , and shockingly again he said we have to check our cameras!! Simply he wanna say I might be lying about a chicken!! I just couldn't digest his disgusting response. I said check and get back to me. He called saying yes we confirm that we missed your order and we are sorry.
