AYE! TIKKA — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

Very catchy brand name, good friendly service, nice packaging on the takeouts. I had 2 tikka fries ordered separately with a 30 min gap like an hour back.

This was my second visit to the shop.

The first visit, couple of months back was great. The tikka fries were deliciously creamy, good portioning of sauce and chicken tikka.

With my first order Tonight, I was disappointed, tikka sauce was not enough, a third of fries were dry at the bottom. There was hardly any chicken tikka. But I was really hungry and they are closest to our residence. So I called and ordered another tikka fries. This time I managed to find 2 bite sized pieces of chicken but the portioning of the fries was less, tikka sauce was less. So it rated lower then my previous order tonight. As you get busier with orders, it’s very important not to lose on the quality and consistency of your product.

You do have a recipe,‘with ingredients and clear instructions on the amount and portioning.

You have to make serious attempts to make sure that all orders are equally consistent. Otherwise if the quality and consistency goes down, you will lose customers. They will go elsewhere. Ironically AYE! Has a competitor, diagonally opposite near the FARM supermarket. I guess I have to go back to them. And please do not discriminate on the preparation of the order based on the nationality. If I was a Saudi National, I may get a better order but since I am an expat, the tikka fries was not good as my first visit to you couple of...
