Brew 92 - Al Nada — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

Before you can blink, we are in mid-week, it's Tuesday, a beautiful day, on my way to work, I pick from my bucket list, Brew 92°. Come with me on my food journey to yet another exciting destination.

Insights ( Brew 92° official website): Every coffee experience is unique, and Brew 92 is a KSA based specialty cafe and roastery founded in 2006 by a team of talented coffee experts, artistic roasters, and passionate baeistas.

The cafe has a nice modetn design, chic ambiance with indoor seating, and upper level seating accessible through a beautiful wooden spiral staircase.

One of the main factors of coffee brewing is the water temperature, which should be between 90 degrees and 96° C, with an average temperature of 92° C. From here, the journey began, and this cafe started to brew their coffee at 92°

Today, two experienced baristas from the Philippines, Mr. Emman (4+ years) and Mr. Julius (6+ years) are brewing specialty coffee made from Ethiopia 🇪🇹 (Cheetah) and Colombia 🇨🇴 (La Esperanza) coffee beans.

The Kalita black hot cup of coffee brewed by Mr. Emman, with La Esperanza coffee blend (Colombia - Mandela - cup profile - cranberries, pomegranate, yogurt). It has unique, intense flavor, Oh wow! My rating is a perfect 10 out of 10.

The coffee latte brewed to perfection by Mr. Julius from the newest coffee blend Cheetah (Ethiopia - Heirloom - cup profile - cherry, mango, honey) has a nice, rich, smooth taste. My rating is 10 out of 10.

Back to Mr. Emman, he will be brewing espresso single shot made from Ethiopia Cheetah coffee blend. It's a delightful shot (consumed in one go) mesmerizing taste! Simply divine! My rating is 11 out of 10.

Now, for the dessert complimenting the black coffee is the San Sebastian cheesecake with almond crust, a new recipe, it is a masterful creations by the expert pastry Chefs at Brew 92° and this is absolutely lip-smacking delicious 😋 my rating is 12 out of 10.

The Turkish dessert complimenting the coffee latte is the BlueB92 Baklava is delicate, crusty, and topped with a layer of fresh cream, fresh blueberries with perfect level of sweetness. My rating is 11 out of 10.

Overall rating is 11 out of 10.

An unforgettable...

A real gem again.

My experiences before COVID-19 at this Uthman branch in riyadh were excellent. They excelled. Covid 19 was hard for the branch to serve us well and so I took a break. Yesterday however I was back and it was wonderful to see how the menu was perfectly cooked.

How all the staff were so enthusiastic about service. Yasir and Ray worked especially well. Kiran was speedy on the till and helpful. The store manager was busy ensuring the quality of the kitchen came out !

The order was two benedicts and two sourdough bread with beetroot and beetroot with chickpeas and butter nut squash. The star of the show are the chefs preparing hand crafted plates at cafe prices !

The prices have been lowered post Covid and are very competitive compared to anything cooked to order.

I have been a regular customer for Brew 92 since their soft opening in Jeddah years ago and I was happy to know that they have a branch in Riyadh.

I was surprised how spacious the place is! It has two floors and plenty of tables I can say that Brew 92 is the best place to meet a few people, study, or read a book.

We ordered truffles eggs croissants, scrambled egg croissants and their famous French toast and two Lattee. All are just perfect!
