I went to get my coffee at exactly 7:22 AM/ and had a disagreement with an employee. When I requested to change the cup size, they rudely insisted I was "wrong" for doing so. The employee then remarked, "Many people like you come here—this branch is one of the worst branches." Is this an appropriate way for a professional to speak to a customer?
