The worst manager ever Ahmad aldrebe that’s why you will have this review
Everyone should know that if only one lazy member will damage the entire system like this manager above. Every and each person I did communicate to have my coffee did respond and they did served me in a proper way. Except this lazy person will definitely damage this reputation like I was giving them previous experience 4/5 but now even if they are so close to me. But will never visit this branch again because of his attitude and behavior and poor service.
I will remove my previous experience below and will re build it in another branch to avoid this situation and communicate with him and his team as well.

As I asked for a meal and I asked for a coffee instead of the soft drink and was only cold coffee but they found out they could replace it. As of all other branches around the kingdom.
They were so helpful and very friendly with a swift response.

We entered via the ‘singles’ entrance to find there were only two order machines. I feel like these need to be double sided to help with customer satisfaction.
Although the kitchen seemed a bit chaotic, the staff were very friendly. There seemed to be a hold up with the fries which delayed service, but the staff were very apologetic.
The fries were worth wait! They were hot, fresh, well seasoned and the box was full to the brim. The McArabian however was a disappointment. The contents were not distributed properly and was a tad bland. The peri peri wraps stole the show as you got two whole chicken strips inside. We can advise caution if you’re sensitive to spice. The BigMac didn’t let us down per usual.

This is an international brand & I struggled to order my food as the man at the cashier did not really understand English & had to ask someone else to come take my order. I preferred it better when the Nigerian gentleman was at the cashier as he has better customer service, is always smiling and is able to communicate better with foreign customers. Also, I was not able to exit the drive thru after taking my order since there was a car parked on the right side of the drive thru waiting for their order which therefore, blocked my exit. I tried to tell McDonalds employees, I waited for 5 minutes then one of the employees came out to give the order of the car that was parked on the right that was causing traffic.
