McDonald's — Restaurant in Municipalty of Irqah

I came in the drive through and i just order my regular meal than some new employee there was taking order in the drive through his name is someral he literally screamed at me for no reason asking me what is my order and also he screamed at the customers behind me i saw it with my own eyes anyhow… i think this is the last i buy from this branch it was a horrible experience and honestly the way he screams at customers like this is disgusting and annoying!!.

I came to eat some happiness instead i was very annoyed and disappointed.

Worst of all the worst fast food I've had experience!! The service doesn't even deserve one star! I waited there for an hour but this guy Steve, serve first someone who come after me! When I ask him where is my order, he ignores me! When I ask them to refund my order they don't want, they want me to call their IT! Not to mention also Steve using one gloves to prepared the food using the same gloves to hand over order. Fun fact also is they are only serving 4 order but it took 1 hour for my order. Moved a week ago to laban and for 4 years never had an issue on my food except here ! This is the second time on row they give me different order … last time ordered chicken received beef , no tomato it was with tomato… This time i ordered without ketchup because if u can notice m allergic to tomatoes and i received it with ketchup I ordered as well Oreo ice cream and he gave me mcflurry when i asked him to change he was rude …. This is the second time i buy food and dont use it !!...
