Two days ago, I had the misfortune of interacting with an employee named Ibrahim who, unfortunately, did not embody the friendly and courteous service that McDonald's is known for. Needless to say, I left feeling quite disappointed.

However, today, my perspective on the branch completely shifted. Enter Osama Shrahily. From the moment I approached the counter, Osama greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine friendliness that immediately dissipated any negativity I was carrying from my previous visit.
