When you stand in line in the street you start to wonder how good the food is, really. When the angry customer scream at the angry security guards you start to wonder if being between them is worth the wait and negative energy. When you get in you wonder about the amount of people and if it's worth it to be shoved around by those angry customers. When you order, the staff are understanding and are super chill. When you try to collect your order (say it's order number 889) and you see the number being served is 919 you wonder if it's ready or not, all of a sudden you see one of the staff chanting the numbers 833. That moment makes you feel like you're more deserving than the 833 guy who didn't care about their food. You ask the guy whose chanting to serve you (like many others) but he doesn't even look at you. You try another guy and hope to God he doesn't forget something about your order. When a staff member finishes the cartoon of chicken for that one guy who ordered it for a party (yes people do that) you ask him to serve you. My whole journey back and forth with waiting tome . Took 32 minutes to reach there 7:23 pm almost after 8.39 minutes reached counter but unfortunately everything was finished . Need to come back again after Isha prayer, served with priority ( special thanks to person in charge ) or will need to wait in a looooong que. Exactly after 5.42 minutes took order . Back to home at 10.03 pm . In between grab a close by spot and enjoyed hot Al Baik ..😜😜with family 2.5 hrs back and forth . All for Al Baik broasted .

For al Baik lovers kept same taste...

Very bad experience , Al baik, You need to hire staffs that are well trained and well mannered please, One of your Employee thought that I do not know his language and he kept on abusing me in hindi, when I confronted him, he told me that he did not do so (He abused around 2-3 times, the incident happend at around 1:55 am.

Please you need to take strict action against such employees.
