Visited Al Romansiah on 4th July at 12:40 PM and ordered the Nus Fahm (half grilled chicken with rice). Sadly, it was a very disappointing experience. The chicken was completely dry and had a strange smell, like it was cooked 1–2 hours earlier and just reheated.

I asked for a fresh replacement, but they simply gave me another piece with the same poor quality. When I requested again, they replied, “We already lost one chicken,” instead of addressing the issue properly. I ended up leaving the food untouched and went to another restaurant just to satisfy my hunger.

Only positive — the rice was good, as expected. But that doesn’t excuse serving old, dry chicken in a restaurant of this standard. Please check your food carefully before...

Good place for food for Egyptians , Indians , Saudi's , yamani's , Sudan and many more... I saw everyone from different countries enjoying their food in Al Romancia... It is because they follow strick quality and Taste ...Thanks to the Al Romancia owner for this wonderful Resturent Chain....❤

Only negative part , which i saw in this region is that, there are lots of order sometimes.... and you have to wait for long time in the que...If they improve their packing section by NUMBER OF PACKERS/ CUSTOMER should be increased...for time management....💐... The big display for Token number is awsome... but it should follow same displayed...

Overall it is a wonderful taste...

This was inside the 2nd industrial city, one of the most busiest restaurant during lunch time.

This branch is big enough to accommodate more people, rest rooms are available.

They have seperate car parking facilities also so don't worry about it.

Taste and quality is same as other branches, if you are working in industrial city or visiting to industrial city then it is a must visit one.

Smoked grill chicken is my favourite, try all the type once.

Kunafa is the best snack, don't forget it try this, you will love this dessert.
