The orders are so slow, it took me 20 min to wait for nuggets and corn. Then, I just left because it was seriously not worth it.

You end up smelling like fried oil because they have no exhaust.

Not to mention, you see people taking their order before you and they give “Marsool” the order as quick as they can. All this and I still didn't receive my order, not to mention that I was calling the employees and no one was answering me.

Worst branch; I've ever seen! Even Macca branches have better service and their twice as...

ولو فيه اقل من نجمة عطيتهم 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼الموظفين بهالفرع يؤخروا طلبات الزباين وينفروهم بالوقت لانهم يتعاملوا مع مندوبين التوصيل بتجهيز الطلبات ع حساب انتظار الزباين 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ اكثر من مره اوقف عندهم عشان اطلب ولما يقول لي الموظف انتظار 25 دقيقه اطلع واتركه بحكم اني مستعجله لاني فمحطة القطار 🙄 ولكن لما جلست آخر مره انتظر الطلب عرفت وشفت بعيوني ايش السبب وكيف بيعطوا للمندوبين طلباتهم بدون ارقام !!!! ولما دقيت ع الادارة اشتكي حصلت الرقم للاسف مااحد يرد😕👎🏼

📢📢 ((( ياادارة البيك ))) نص زباينكم ينفرون بسبب موظفينكم السيئين لانهم يتفقون مع المندوبين ع نسبة من الربح...

Well organized. Quick service. Only issue is you have to enter from departure side and then go to arrival to access Al Baik. I saw few people left as arrival side...
