ALBAIK — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

Al Baik, everyone's favorite right? It is also my favourite, but unfortunately the staff is making the experience of this branch horrible!!!!!

First thing first just to clear any confusion, the taste is perfect, as expected, very delicious and fresh.

The experience however (three times so far) the people taking your order are expecting you to know the Menu! Well guess what, not everyone does!

After the horrible experience in ordering the food, comes the worst experience of taking the food!!! Hello , you have a numbering system , that is counting but you don't serve based one it! How come? You have to fight for your turn, then face a rude worker who would take the paper from you as if he is doing you a favour unwillingly!!!!

I'm not sure why, but I hope my review helps the management take necessary actions to...

Never seen so stupid non-communicators at albaik unlike other branches staff is way more competent as compare to this branch… I have been to this branch 3-4 times for breakfast sandwitch never ever this Bengali cashier gave me this egg/sandwich… He always says that it’s not available. Very next minute I heard he was saying to other customer that it will take 15 mins for the sandwich…. Big lier and stupid mind set is spoiling the name of albaik…. Strongly recommend albaik officials to take a strict action and...

in my opinion sometimes the broasted chicken menu is too dry fried seen from the results of the frying color or even like chicken that is fried several times or even too dry and hard flour.

it is advisable to come after 11 pm because the queue number sometimes does not work so that it is irregular in taking orders.

for drive thru only served those who order broasted only other than that menu is directed to go...
