McDonald's — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I have ordered two Oreo ice cream. They took around 25 minutes. After my order lot of Arabs ordered same ice cream, but they got delivered faster than us because we couldn’t speak Arabic. They were racist among Us like I spoken to their manager he was not ready to listen. they couldn’t . Get me the ice cream faster enough. After me, like lots of lots of Arabs order the same ice cream, similar ice cream, but they got delivered fast like within one minute or two minute because they were Arabs and we were non Arabs , like one of the worst McDonald’s, I have ever seen. I was so disappointed about the service of this McDonald branch. The staff is very rude, the manager (I guess I was correct) is flirting with other male staff. I ordered Gourmet Chicken and requested of a less ice drinks and I upgraded from medium to large. In my surprise, just after a few sip the coke is almost done and upon checking 3/4 of the cup was pure ice cube. I didn't complain as I expected it will be a waste of time because the manager is busy playing and flirting around with the boys staff. Hope McDonald take action about this. McDisaster. What I witnessed wasn’t “fast food” — it was cold food served with cold attitude.

I waited nearly 30 minutes, not because the kitchen was slow — but because my order was just chilling on the counter, dying a slow, cold death, while the staff walked around like they were on vacation.

I asked. I waited. I was ignored. The manager stood there like a statue — watching customers wait, and doing absolutely nothing. No care. No hustle. No leadership. Just… silence and blank stares.

At the end? I refused the food. Because if your staff doesn’t respect the order, why should I?

McDonald’s, do better....
