I had the pleasure of attending Truffle Night at Restaurant The 365 in the Fairmont Riyadh, and I must say — it was truly an unforgettable experience.

From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The menu was creative and beautifully balanced, showcasing truffles in all their elegance and richness without ever overpowering the dishes. Each plate was a celebration of flavor, technique, and refinement.

Special compliments to the culinary team — the chefs delivered an extraordinary journey for the palate, and every detail was executed with precision and passion. The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The entire staff made us feel welcome and pampered throughout the evening.

The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a special occasion or a refined night out. The Fairmont’s attention to detail, from presentation to ambiance, made the experience even more memorable.

The 365 is part of Fairmont Hotel. Located at ground floor with other restaurants. It’s like an hidden gem waiting to join the best restaurants in Riyadh. The restaurant is a multi cuisine buffet. Options range from Western, Italian, Arabic, Indian and Japanese to name some. It is a mind blowing spread of appetizers, side dish and main course. Quality of food, hospitality of staff and experience of live counters is unmatchable. Spoiled for choices of deserts like panna cotta, mouse, ummali and so on. Pricing is matched to the options. Shoutout to staff of the restaurant for making our anniversary special and giving life long memories. Special mention Ben, Azaz and Abdullah. First time to dine in here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Attentive to your needs. We visited during the Eid holidays and it's not that busy. Cozy atmosphere that makes you relax and enjoy the dining experience. There are varieties of food to choose from. Must try the following: slow roasted beef ribs. The meat is so tender that it melts in your mouth and the flavor was just right. You can taste the meat. Not overpowered by any seasoning flavor. Kibbeh labaniyeh. Bite-sized kibbeh with labaniyeh sauce. Gravlax and shrimps. Desserts: creme brulee. Fruit tart. Chocolate cake
