I’m writing to share feedback on a recent visit to your restaurant, which, unfortunately, left us quite disappointed. We drove over 150 kilometers specifically to enjoy authentic Kerala delicacies that your restaurant is known for. However, upon arrival, we found that the staff was more focused on pushing a few North Indian dishes—seemingly in an attempt to clear those items—rather than listening to what we actually wanted to order. It felt as though our preferences were secondary to what the kitchen wanted to dispose of, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, the chicken curry we were served was well below ambient temperature—not only unappetizing but also potentially unsafe. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to taste it and had to waste the dish entirely. This experience did not meet our expectations in terms of service, food quality, or hospitality, especially after traveling such a long distance.
