I recently had the pleasure of experiencing sehri at Tandoori nights, and it was truly an unforgettable culinary journey. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming ambiance, setting the stage for what would be a remarkable dining experience.

I first visited in October 2024, and the experience was excellent. The owner himself was present, offered great service, and even came multiple times to check on us. We truly enjoyed the food and tea.

However, during my second visit (around 3 weeks ago), it was rush hour, and the experience was very different. When I entered, two staff in the kitchen noticed me but looked away. I approached a waiter to ask about seating; he initially said 15 minutes, but before I could finish my question, he walked away. I caught him again and asked he said 30 minutes. When I politely asked him to finish the conversation since I was with my family, he then said 40 minutes and rushed off again. This left me frustrated, and I decided to leave and eat at another Pakistani restaurant.

I still gave good stars because my first experience was truly enjoyable, and the owner left a positive impression. But as someone from the customer service excellence industry, I’d advise the owner to focus on continuous staff training. Respect and courtesy are just as important as good food—if staff misbehave, customers won’t return and will share their negative experience with others. Went in for a quick bite. Ordered the Pakistani Tikka Pizza,Malai boti roll, beef roll and chicken, vegetable mayo sandwich along with their tea.Everything was fresh,delicious and authentic in Pakistani flavors. The pizza made us nostalgic and the chai or the tea which was served in the clay cups was outstanding! The staff and service was efficient and extremely courteous. The owner is a perfect gentleman who plans on bringing the Pakistani authentic cuisine to Riyadh and is highly concerned about his customers.
