We had a very memorable outstanding experience at the banyan tree alula. The general manager Mr Bhavesh Rawal took very personal care of us. The checkin process was very seamless. Emmar , Francesca at the front desk ,and Ajit at the Harrat restaurant prepared special meal for us since we are vegetarian . Jeronne our server was very courteous. In the end a very wonderful experience .

The vibes, how the restaurant looks fancy, and how they focus on small details all made my day at HARRAT. Thanks a lot for such an experience 🤩

It’s a Thai food restaurant. We had a taste of Thai authentic food. The Tom yum goong amongst others are one of the best in the Kingdom. The chef and the team comes from Thailand. We felt like we were transported back to Thailand for a moment! We had an enjoyable dinner last night ! Wishing the team continuous success.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Banyan Tree restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich and refined flavors, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. Every dish was a delight.

Our server, La Michelle, was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Her warm, friendly attitude and attentive service really made the evening special.
