I have traveled and stayed in a lot of luxurious hotels throughout the USA and Europe. Thus I have that luxury of comparing the service at “Kristal Zlatibor” with worldwide brands. THE BEST CAPPUCCINO I’VE HAD IN MY LIFE was at “Konaciste Kristal Zlatibor” . The son of the owners was very charming and knowledgeable, more than helpful in providing with the tour options and convenience. Both him and his parents showed the Serbian friendliness and hospitality, and I felt like I belong there and was a part of the family. The staff is always smiling, kind and helpful, and Serbian dishes are homemade and delicious. I know I will go there again! Even this year. Thank you Kristal for making me the best coffee I have...

Prvi put sam na Zlatiboru i u ovom konačištu. Pokušaću ići u najkraćim crtama. Prvo, mesto je veoma blizu centra. Drugo, mesto je veoma mirno. Ljubaznost i usluga domaćina i radnika je ne na samom vrhu profesionalnosti i uslužnosti. Toliko ljubazni da se trude i naravno uspeju u tome da vam inače prijatan boravak učine još prijatnijim. Boravak posle koga ćete poneti samo lepe utiske i boravak posle koga ćete poželeti opet da se vratite. Ljudi koji se maksimalno trude da se osetite što prijatnije i koju uspevaju u tome. Veseli, prijatni, tihi, ljubazni. Takvih danas ima vrlo retko. Plus cene smeštaja i klope nisu velike nego pravi prosek koji svako može da priušti za jedan standardan i klasičan odmor.
