SavaSava — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

This is one of the most beautiful places in Belgrade when you want to spend a day in nature. It is very convenient for kids, there is a playground, yet the yard is big enough that you can find quiet place just for yourself. Beautifully decorated, very pleasant atmosphere, great service. Still, I’ve been there last year and few days ago and I have to say that the food is really not good. Place like this must have decent food. Especially considering prices. I’ve tried several dishes, most of them are on local bakery’s level :( Burger is maybe only edible thing on lunch menu. I really want to come back here over and over, but the food must be improved. Fantastic place and fabulous food. Service depends on the waiter: a few of them are fantastic guys, they guide you and help you order, you're just happy to spend money over there and leave the tip. Others are starting with what is not possible and by doing so kill the mood. You should train them before letting them work with customers. The view is fantastic, there is even a little dock if you come with a boat. The customers are usually families, geeks with computers (probably company organized group events) and bored women who look around judgingly. But that's their problem.

We’re or were regular guests for the weekends as well as during the weeks. we came and the restaurant was full. we asked if we can wait next to the restaurant in the shadow until we get a free chair, which the kind lady at the entrance approved. 10 min later the lady came again to us beside the restaurant and said, we have to leave from here because the manager want it so!

i mean regular guests yes or no - this kind of customer treatment is a non go! Manager - u should have a look how ur staff is working good and consider to go to work in another field - serving customer is obvious not your core skill, sorry for that, was my last...
