Walter BN BOS — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

Cevapi are amazing as always, but the service is less than poor. In the span of two days we had two mishaps. Firstly in Walter at Big Shopping Center where a waiter told us to wait outside while we were waiting for fries to go. We sat down and waited and after 15-20 minutes, he came out and stated that we can not sit in the garden and that we need to leave. He was very rude. Next day, we were at Walter at BN Boss and the waiter forgot one of our orders and we had to wait aditional 20 minutes for it. Needles to say, I won't be...

Krajnje neprofesionalno ponašanje, porucio sam ćevape telefonom i rekao da cu doci licno po njih, sa obzirom da su ćevapi bili za dete , i posto smo po njih isli zajedno, a deca ko deca, predomislio se i trazio da ipak jedemo u objektu, kad smo dosli usao sam unutra i zamolio da mi stave cevape na tanjir cisto zbog njega da mu napravim ugodjaj nakon cega sam dobio odgovor DA TO NIJE PRAVILO KUĆE I DA AKO SE PORUCI TELEFONOM DA SE ISTA PORUDZBINA NE MOZE JESTI UNUTRA JER NIJE UREDU PREMA OSTALIM GOSTIMA DA ČEKAJU JER SU ONI IPAK DOSLI DIREKTNO U RESTORAN U PORUČILI... Šta da čekaju da se opere jedan tanjir i pribor koji bih doneo nazad kad završimo, ima jedan tanjir u restoranu pa da se napravi guzva ocigledno... I ako sam objasnio sam da je u pitanju dete od 3 godine, a ne odrastao covek pa da sad izmisljam toplu vodu i da ako mogu naprave izuzetak da mi samo daju jedan tanjir i pribor i da cu sve ostalo sam uraditi samo da mu ucinim posto mi je to trazio ali ocigledno je to sve nebitno jer ipak su bitna pravila kuće... Od ovakve firme to nisam očekivao i da je pranje jednog tanjira i pribora problem, pogotovu sto u tom trenutku niti je bilo neke guzve i slicno pa da razumem da ljudi nemogu da postignu ali ovo je zaista samo nečiji hir i ne razumevanje za...

The food is nice, but the staff is terrible. You'll sit for 20 minutes before you order anything and if you ask them before they come to you they rudely tell you to wait. Didn't finish my portion so I asked them if they could wrap it up to go and instead they threw it away. The waitresses kept arguing between each other, one of them even spilled a drink on a customer. Truly terrible...
