Bata Pežo — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

I never had such an unpleasant exprerience at a restaurant. I organized a celebration for 30 people with dinner at this place and was totally disrespected by the manager and the staff. Only one waiter was treating me and my guests properly. Food was ok, but it was too much since the restaurant only wanted to charge as much as possible. We had previous arrangments about the music, the restaurant manager cheated and my guests were left without music at 22h. I was under the impression that everybody wanted us to leave as soon as possible. We had a relatively good time only beacuse of my friends and guests, but restaurant manager did nothing to provide what was previously arranged (we had detailed meeting before the event). One waiter even told me that they were tired and have families and wanted to go home at 23 h (the celebration started at 20h)?!? At the end I wanted a nice party and I was willing to pay for it, but actually payed high price for being disrespected. Therefore, I would never reccomend this restaurant to anyone. And I personally would never go...

Great ambience of mellow Piano Sounds! We enjoy this mellow sounds for about 40 minutes without the waiter even saying hello or even getting us a glass of water this was so disappointing. So sorry I can't comment on the food quality when the service has failed. The only person that was very professional was the hostess, she did great us and seat us. She also did notice after some 20 minutes that we haven't got any service so she did go and told the waiter to serve us. So in next 20 minutes more guests come in and the waiter still bypasses our table, that's when we decide it's time to leave the place. At the door, we did ask who is the manager and he was pointed out so we did approach him and told him what happen. At that point was too late for him to do anything for us other than manage his people so some other guests don't go through the same type of service. Novi Sad is a great city with a great gastronomy. Restoran je pored dunava i van grada Novog Sada sto dalje implicira da se do njega dolazi kolima i sa namerom. Na ulazu (u prednjoj basti restorana smo zatekli par konobara kako puse ,gde je pritom jedan ustao,pozdravio nas,signalizirao da udjemo u restoran i pitao da li smo za hranu ili pice ...pritom nas je prepustio kolegi(pocetniku/verovatno je decko na praksi) koji nas je smestio za prvi slobodan sto.(osecali smo se "kao evo ti ih,odradi ih ti,uci se na njima .."). Pice:Dve domace kafe su bile lepo skuvane ,koka kola i mineralna voda su donete u praznoj casi(mislim da dve kocke leda i kriska limuna nije preveliki trosak za sank,iako znam da je to potrosni materijal) Malo je ruzno videti "klot old fashion casu od 2dcl") Hrana:Mesni ustipci su bili sto bi rekli "srednja zalost". Biftek salata je bila sa bas odstojalim biftekom koji se dobrano oladio i postao zilav,krutoni su zamenjeni sa izrezanim hlebom na kockice. Saran na zaru:Serviran przen! Moja devojka je vegeterijanac i to zato sto je alergicna na meso i boli je zeludac kada isto jede.Uzela je punjenu tikvicu gde u meniju stoji da je punjena tikvicom,pirincom i biljnim sirom.Ispred nje je stigla tikvica punjena tikvicom,paprikom i gljivama a pritom je svo to povrce u "tuznoj tikvici" bilo grilovano u istom tiganju i istom ulju gde je verovatno bio spremljen i biftek iz gore navedene Biftek salate jer je svo povrce bilo masno tako da je par zalogaja moje devojke bilo dovoljno da je zaboli zeludac.Karafinglu sam morao traziti od drugog konobara jer naseg skolarca nije bilo ni na vidiku,nije bilo ni drugih konobara neko vreme jer sto pored nas duze vreme nije bio usluzen i ljudi su zedni udarili kritiku na izcudjene konobare kada su im prisli ... sve u svemu nas sto kako smo pritom ostali gladni i neobradovani uz lep pogled na dunav je iznosio blizu 4000 din... Ne moze se svakom ugoditi al bi se svakom trebalo ispuniti ono sto se nudi. Ljubav je...
