KFC — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

I am working from home and have a 30 minute break, i ordered KFC through Glovo 40 minutes before my break even though they usually need about 20 min to arrive in Novi Sad. And the estimated time of arrival was 20 to 30 minutes as expected, however, after a while the ETA changed to approximately 40 min, with whic i still was okay with but after that they prolonged the time 2 or 3 more times. I wrote to Glovos customer service on the chat and all I received were generic answers From the employee an no help, so I request some kind of compensation if the food arrived after the last ETA that they have set and again I just received the generic answer on the chat and the customer service agent left without receiving an answer and they saw that i was typing it!!! I work in customer service myself and thi here was just awful service! Eventually I received my food 9 minutes before the end of my break and had to rush-eat and go back to work and no mention of a compensation was provided. I don't care if it was glovos of KFCs fault for this but they are partner companies and should have their services...

Odem prvi put da probam "koficu" i devojka mi kaze da cu morati da sacekam 10ak minuta da se ispeku svezi batci, jer ova dva sto ima su vec stara, kazem da nema problema. Kada je primila moju narudzbinu trazila mi je odma 500din, sto mi je bilo cudno jer ja "proizvod" nisam dobio. Pitao sam je da li moze da joj dam 250din sada a 250din kada dobijem koficu, na sta se samo osmehnula i rekla da ne moze. U redu, ajde, prvi put sam tu, mozda tako rade iako se generalno ne slazem sa takvim nacinom poslovanja. Otisao sam da sednem do najblizeg stola da sacekam tih 10min, posle otprilike 10min sam prisao da vidim da li su svezi batci gotovi, ona me je videla i pocela odmah da sprema koficu i stavlja te "stare" batkove u nju. Ja je pitam zasto mi stavlja te batkove kad "novi" jos nisu gotovi i kad mi je rekla da cekam 10min, nesto je promrmljala i izvadila batkove iz kofice i posluzila neke druge ljude (sto je trajalo oko 2-3min) i onda je ispred mene stavila tacnu, pribor, kolu, pomfrit i posudu (ne koficu) ispred mene i kao "Izvolite" to je moja narudzbina. Ja gledam zbunjeno i kazem joj da to nije moja narudzbina (mislim se...eto upravo taj problem kad dam pare unapred) i kazem joj da nisam trazio ni tacnu jer je za poneti, ni kolu, ni pribor, ni umake ni pomfrit, samo mi treba kofica. Tada vec smoren od svega (a dao sam pare unapred) prihvatam stare batkove i rekoh "eto, moje prvo iskustvo u KFC-u, valja...

Unreal high prices for small portions. For the same money you can eat at least 3 times more (and better) in some local fast food. They will even charge you extra for a bag if you need it for a takeout order. Dissapointed, I don't recommend KFC, at...
