great place and ambiance, the staff just knows their stuff; the food and the customers. the place is not a polished new thing that just sprang out of the ground (well, in this case: water) yesterday, but one that seems as if it has always been there. the fish soup was great, with a slightly tomatoey taste (which as a Hungarian I'm not used to, other than that it is exactly the same as ours a couple of hundreds of km upstream) and a bit on the hot side, perfect sardines, and really, really well cooked catfish, one of the pieces from the greasier part towards the tail of the fish, which i love. they put up with my daughters' (3 and 6) antics as well. maybe the garlic in the blitva&potatoes was a bit too much, but hey. it is garlic, it is good for...

A must-try restaurant which is more well known to locals. The view on the boat is worth million dollars and you’ll never forget this moment. The restaurant makes me smile in my heart since the first second I walked in. Food is AMAZING, spicy flavored fish soup is a must-try while the plum desert is like heaven and people treat you very nice and friendly and offered me a blanket in case I feel cold sitting outside. Great floating fish restaurant that's popular with locals but very welcoming to tourists. The menu is almost entirely fish with an extensive list of fresh water fish and sea fish dishes.
