Capitol Cigar & Whisky Lounge by Quaich Bar — Restaurant in Singapore

Came here as a surprise for my birthday. My fears of feeling out of place and intimidated were quickly dispelled with stellar and warm service, and a beautiful selection and pairings of whiskey and cigars.

Jeffrey was kind, skilled and arduous in making my girlfriend and I comfortable and taken care off. Conversation flowed and he was perceptive, taking into account our after dinner disposition and tastes in which he helped select a beautiful La Aurora cigar for us. His cigar lighting was skilled and impeccable, without a wasted movement. The team even threw in a dram of top shelf stuff and a couple of chocolates on account of my birthday, of which Jeffrey also picked up on during our conversation! Thank you Manager Hui Xin for the birthday gift!

The room was never stuffy or choking, with it's state of the art ventilation system ensuring we were cool and comfortable throughout our session.

A modern cigar and whisky bar. Their ventilation system is world class so much do that one does not even notice that one is in a cigar smoking environment

What defines the bar is very knowledgeable staff. Both the cigar and whisky menu are extensive BUT Fariz knew the menu inside out 👍👍. Great attentive service too.😎

The Whisky collection looks handpicked by Khoon Hui, a legend in the whisky circles of Singapore and known for opening Quaich , the first whisky bar in Singapore. A great selection of original bottling and independent bottlings. Cadenhead is well represented.

The only minor irritant is that as the public area is small, once the bar gets filled up becomes noisy, which personally for me is not preferred as I like a quieter environment to enjoy my cigars and malts
