Drink taste diluted, pearls are not as good as last time, it’s was too overcooked and was not chewy. The service was horrible, long waiting time needed. (It wasn’t even busy at that point of time) Disappointing…. Middle aged staff was also seen using her phone on the job chitchatting on the phone with earpiece on so loudly while working. I didn’t felt as welcome as compared to the ones in the central outlets. At least the central outlets staffs are friendly and even gave gentle reminder, this outlet NONE. The atmosphere was just oddly disgusted by the service they provided was as cold as ice. No sense of warm service given the amount paid for the drink it’s ridiculous. I would advise you guys to go chicha other outlets, skip the one in NTU. Don’t...

Previously, I tried the dong ding oolong at the orchard branch before and the drink was fragrant and there was a good balance of tea and milk.

However, I just bought one in the ntu branch and I am utterly disappointed - it's diluted, there's hardly any tea taste and it tastes like water. I also waited about 15min for the drink - my drink was placed at the counter for 5min before they called my number (it wasn't busy because the service crew was standing around waiting)

Definitely not going to patronize this store again or maybe other chi cha stores too. I regret...

Extremely bad attitude while ordering. The cashier was so rude. Will never visit the NTU store because of her🙄🙄🙄🙄
