Terrible. Shockingly terrible and disappointing.
I have been a long time member of Harry’s - always loved their burgers and pizza and the chill vibes and drinks. Have been to many of their branches all over our sunny island but was terribly disappointed with the staff and kitchen at the esplanade branch.
The staff serving us was probably new and had no idea what the entertainer 1-1 promotion was about (that’s perfectly fine) however when the manager came by to assist him to answer our queries, he was outright rude in terms of his tone and questions. What is wrong with clarifying what items are eligible for the 1-1 promotion before ordering?
Such service was just so unjustified.
That’s not all - when the food arrived - my wife’s pasta was cold, and my pizza was not edible. The crust was hard and the pizza was such a let down!!! Ingredients were so little and the taste of the pizza was just so off!!
Not to mention the place is infested with cockroaches- super dirty and poor upkeep of the place.
Please buck up and work on the service and food quality of this branch!!!
I will still visit other branches but for now would advise you to stay away from this esplanade outlet till they do a serious check on their staff service attitude and...

I recently visited Esplanade Harry's on 15 August to celebrate a friend's birthday, expecting to use the vouchers I had received, which were well within the validity period. However, the experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing.
Upon presenting the vouchers, we were told by the management that we could only use four of them. The explanation provided was that "upstairs" they give out a lot of these vouchers, and therefore, this arbitrary limit was imposed. This was never communicated to us beforehand, and there was no mention of such a restriction in the terms and conditions on the vouchers or on their website.
Our entire visit was planned around using these vouchers, and to be confronted with this unexpected limitation on a special occasion was both frustrating and embarrassing. The lack of transparency and communication from Harry's made us feel deceived and unfairly treated.
If such restrictions are necessary, they should be clearly stated upfront, either on the vouchers or on the website, to avoid misleading customers. This experience has unfortunately left a very negative impression, and I would caution others to be aware of this before...

Upon arrival with reservation around 5:30pm, the staff guided us half way through the restaurant and didn't point us to our table. We had to ask her. We sat down, ordered, then the food came in 30 mins. Along with the main course i asked for 3 glasses of warm water, and the same lady stared me and said "warm water need to boil". Sure. I'll wait for my warm water. I'll give it a pass because I thought we went with half price discount and the food was pretty good. What really made me go one star was the attitude of the staff when billing. I asked to pay via paywave to settle the bill and the staff just walked away with a really black face. So I thought, fine, I'll walked over to tap my card. As I was waiting for the bill, I saw some coasters packs on the counter and picked it up to see. The staff told me:" eh this one must pay one".
