Lousy staff. Customer service very bad. Before me was a Myanmar or Vietnam couple. Their bill was $7.10 and the guy pay now $7 and was told that cannot pay 10 cents in cash so the staff say she will transfer back the $7. But I guess the couple is not so fluent in English and there is misunderstanding. Took a while to settle and the staff JiaWen was saying like “累死我..” Just because of the miscommunication. I feel that it’s not very professional of them to say that even though the couple don’t understand but I understand. And it’s very rude. So many staff about 6 can’t even settle 1 simple issue 👎🏻 And the male staff who serve me also like blur like that. Staff JiaWen dropped my drinks on the table also just say oops.. Don’t know what’s wrong with the people there.. Last time I buy was all good. This is the first time lousy service. I last minute requested to put pearl they also forget put and charge me. Wth. I emailed them last week and until this week they still never get back to me. Emailed them again they still ignore. Nice. I sincerely hope they will lose more and...

This is the first itea outlet that I bought my first itea drink. I could say that this outlet has never disappoint me in their drink standard. Even till now they are still generous in giving toppings that we ordered. I have always been drinking peach sprite till now, even though their menu only sells sprite lime, they would still be willing to change the syrup for me and make the drink according to my requirement. The best part about the outlet is that even after changing of staff the standard has not seem to change and the service is still great. It has been long since I went to the outlet and on that day when I go back to the outlet to order sprite peach, the staff there was still so kind and she always greet her customer with a loud welcome and a big smile, this really make me feel that itea is a really great bbt shop that I would always go back despite having many other bbt brands to choose.
