I like the oolong macchiato and only order that on every order. Today was a disappointment. I ordered the same but later was told when during collection that they had run out of oolong tea and suggest green tea and red tea. I have no choice but take the red tea. Why I was not told during order at the counter. It was really a turn off because I don't experience this on other outlet. I really hope that KOI can maintain their standard otherwise it is just another bubble tea shop.
