attitude of staff is horrendous, often giving an unpleasant behaviour that could be told even through their mask by their furrowing brows and tone of voice when speaking to you (their customer). staff can outright ignore you while youre standing there waiting while they conduct their training to their new staff, is your training which could be done any other time (literally about topping up the straws) more important or the customers? no acknowledgement at all as well, can’t even say hold on? increasing prices along with the fact that they take about 60 light years to make your drinks, youre much better off drinking other brands, just my luck that northshore plaza doesn’t have much bbt options. there used to be much more pleasant and sweet staff whom I don’t see any longer, those that actually say “thank you”, “welcome” and even “enjoy your drink”. is my standards high or are your standards dropping?
update: staff gave me the wrong straw… how you rude and also bad at your job please pick one… i guess now ill eat the bubbles...
Read morehi i ordered from koi northshore yesterday and i know it's partly my fault but i saw on instagram that the poker cards were sold out so i didn't think of asking about it. afterwards i saw a few boxes under the cashier so i requested to get a box. however, since i got it only after the transaction was made, i had to pay alacarte price as i was the only one to drink the drink. being very tired that day, i didn't think much. but when i reached the lrt station, i realised that perhaps i could request a change in transaction (i work at a bbt store too so i know it's possible) so i could get one large cup of the same and add on $2.80 and walked all the way back to koi only to hear "i don't think we can do that" from tbe cashier quite rudely and since i was so tired i didn't bother to enquire further and left. total spent $10.60 when i coukd have just spent $8.30. hope to get...
Read moreI had an unpleasant experience at KOI Northshore Plaza I. While my drink was ready for collection, the only available staff at the counter —a female wearing spectacles and a mask—was engrossed in a personal conversation with two male customers and laughing. Despite seeing me wait, she continued chatting until I had to ask for my drink during the break of their conversation. She then handed my drink over with a black face, and when I asked for a straw, she tossed it onto the counter without a word.
I’ve been a regular for four years and have always encountered polite, professional service—until this incident. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to maintain proper service standards and avoid lengthy personal chats when customers...
