McDonald's Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 — Restaurant in Singapore

Utterly shock and disgusted with this outlet, came around 1120pm, wasn't full house, the "kids party" place was still quite empty however was utmost disgusted by the environment and hygienic issues this outlet is having.

No words to explain, do see from the photos itself, to be frank we were very hungry already and at this hour we just wanted to eat and go home which is why we continued to eat over here, however I felt sick after eating with the amount of thrash and toilet condition.

Just look at the photos will be enough to explain and be disgusted, first time in my life I came across a restaurant that's so dirty, there were even flies hovering around the thrash and even flies around us.

Even more disgusted when you enter the guys toilet(short hairs all around the sink)

Lastly, I walk pass and could peep into the kitchen area, the floors also have thrash over and many cups place all over. I do not know why no staff bothers to clear the the thrash, many ordered table service just like us and the staff can literally just walk pass all the thrash.

I put in an order for McDelivery through the McDonalds app and my order was supposed to be fulfilled by this branch at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10. An hour later, I was still waiting. When I called the central helpline, they said someone from the branch would call me back and they did, shortly, apologising for the lateness of my order, and saying that the third-party delivery driver did not show up. The manager said she would send her own driver with my food asap and after 15mins, it arrived... all the food was cold, soggy and wet (condensation from the heat). I was furious, but was unable to contact the branch - no one answered the phone - nor the central helpline, who had stopped taking calls because they were receiving too many calls. This was two months ago. Today, I ordered again, same branch, same issue. After an hour, no one bothered to call me and the central helpline says the restaurant cannot find a driver. And promised that the manager would call me back. It's been 90mins since I ordered and 20mins since I spoke to the central helpline and no calls from the the manager, no food in sight. This is so...

Went in this evening (13/12/19) for a burger. A Filipino/Burmese? woman staff (supervisor) was behind the payment counter so I went to her to place my order. She refused and told me to order at the the self service kiosk . I said since she is already at the counter it made sense and faster to order from her. (Yes you can also order and pay at the payment counter too). Instead she walk out from behind the counter with a black face mumbling and grumbling all the way to the kiosk to place my order. All this time she kept talking back to me saying everyone used the kiosk to order! So I told her to keep quiet.

You can encourage but not insist that customers use the self-service kiosk! We should be able to order and pay at the payment counter if the kiosks are taken or if we chose not to use the kiosk. Why so inflexible?
