You can usually find a seat without too much trouble, and the service is typically efficient. However, be prepared for a surge of people when there's a toy promotion or a special event happening – finding a seat can be a challenge!

My Go-To Time: Non-Peak Hours

I typically visit during non-peak hours, so I haven't had to deal with the big crowds. The service has been consistently efficient, and the food has been fresh and tasty, as you'd expect from McDonald's. I always enjoy their Double cheeseburger & filet-o-fish burger.

Overall, SAFRA Punggol McDonald's is a good choice for a quick bite, especially if you're aware of the potential for crowds during promotions or special events. Ordered and collected via drive thru, lady left out our strawberry Sunday. Had to inform her and she gave it to us.

After reaching home, we found out that fries were half filled. Apple pie missing, shaker fries missing. Called outlet to share about the incident and store manager asked if I would like to visit my nearest outlet to collect a full meal (It was about 10pm + already). After rejecting that offer, he said to come back down some other day to claim the meals, but I don’t visit Punggol safra often. He got his colleague from Punggol safra to call my in the morning and said they will send a replacement meal at night time. We agreed on 7PM, but the meal was not delivered at 7PM or by 7PM. I had to call Punggol safra outlet only to be told that they will contact loyang point outlet and they will get in contact with me. It was already 9.30pm at that point… my dad was waiting for the meal like a fool when they outlet manager FORGOT about the delivery.

If you want to provide a service recover, please do it well. Empty promises creates more frustration for us as consumers. Back to back...

I order for my son breakfast deluxe come with the pancake but they only give us whipped butter without honey. So I decided to call customer service (MacDonald Punggol Safra) to complain hoping that they can deliver the honey( because is not my fault they have to come 2x). I give them my order. When I tell them about having pancake without honey they said is not their side problem is the deliveroo that I have to contact because they suppose to check before deliver? She said after call deliveroo the deliveroo person will write the report and then customer service from (MacDonald Punggol Safra) will call back about 3 to 5 days!!!!! Then I said "Whattttttttt 3 to 5 days,then my son now eat without honey???? For wat I complain!
