About afternoon time 1.30pm i and my wife visited the outlet at bugis as we alway dine-in at vivo city . This is the first time we try bugis outlet ,the Customer services really bad , one of the staff even wear mask without wearing probably with his whole mouth showing out .. . . Secondly he talk to customer its like we owning him alot money very bad attitude and tone .. . While we eating , think his supervisor with black shirt talking to him maybe work relative properly but he is talking very loudly its like qurraling or something and he even scolded foul invective like chee b×× words etc and the whole restaurant see looking at them qurraling We are trying to have our lunch time in peace and you have staff issues shouldn't you as a manager or supervisor pull your staff to one corner to coach or train your staff , not in the public whereby we are eating our lunch and everybody is looking at the qurraling right ?? be more professional right ? This is a Japanese restaurant not at coffee shop right ?? we pay the prices for the quality of food and good atmosphere right ??
Lastly , when we doing our billing , the rude staff ask us whether did we had our ice-cream and we ask huh we still have our ice-cream ??? Than we ask him why you never served us that ice-cream after we eat as your staff collected back your plates right ??? and his answer to us is NO you must tell us you want to eat ice-cream but how we know we have ice-cream , it's like he is ready to fight with me like that ?? ?? ?? We are so angry that we pay quickly and don't even want to eat the ice-cream !! !! !! we personally feel that your staff need to be more professional from managers all the way down to the full time staff cause you will keep losing more sales and customer everyday .. . . We feel it's like a ah beng restaurant rather than a Japanese restaurant!! !! !!
We definitely will not come back anymore as there are so many Japanese curry restaurants in singapore!! Terrible and horrible restaurants i ever...
Read moreAlways been a loyal customer at monster curry. Good quality of curry with very distinctive curry flavour which is different from other restaurant. Recently just brought to take away. Seems like they had new employees. I clearly mentioned to separate the chilli. He seems took the order wrong by mistakenly mix the chilli together with the sauce. And he also forgot to return my credit card and i need to ask my credit card back frm him. Upon receiving my order i realized the curry sauce is mixed with chilli. The other young lady said want to do exchange. Out of goodwill i said no need to give me chilli just exchange me with plain curry sauce. She said we cant give u extra (which i never ask for extra sauce) and i need to re explain many times to her again but she seems like she dont get it and insist i cant get extra curry (which i never asked also). They seems a bit pissed. Which i clearly can see the way she talk to the colleague :( May be next time pls try to listen before...
Read moreThe Monster Curry outlet is relatively small, with tightly arranged seating that creates an intimate atmosphere. Interestingly, the kitchen is located on the opposite side of the hallway, which adds a unique touch to the restaurant's layout.
What truly stands out at Monster Curry is the generous portion sizes of their curry dishes. These servings are not just substantial but also easily adequate for more than two people, making it an ideal place for sharing a meal with friends or family.
However, it's essential to brace yourself for a spicy experience when ordering their curry. The spicy sauce, while undeniably flavorful, leans towards the fiery side. If you enjoy the thrill of spicy dishes, Monster Curry won't disappoint. Just be sure to have a refreshing beverage on hand to cool down...
