Pizza Hut (Waterway Point) — Restaurant in Singapore

Terrible food. Stick to pizza when getting food there, not that the pizza is that great, but that you know you’re expecting greasy processed food and that’s exactly what you will get (and sometimes you just need that greasy fix). Had a chicken Caesar salad that came without chicken, without bacon, without cheese. The salad was mix lettuce, no, Romaine involved. The dressing only had a hint of Caesar taste, super runny and watered down. When I asked the server, is there supposed to be chicken in this Caesar, the server disappeared, and never came back. And then I asked another server to bring me the manager and asked about the salad. The manager looked at it, then asked me do I want them to bring back and add the rest of the ingredients or they bring the rest of the ingredient up for me to put it in myself. All the workers seemed unhappy, not rude, but just lifeless and clueless, you can tell they are overworked and underpaid. All the tables around me were dirty, filled with piles of dirty plates irregardless if there was somebody sitting there or not. There was no service, other than bringing food out.

We also had spaghetti and Hawaiian pizza. The spaghetti sauce was tasteless, the meat was rubbery and did not taste like meat.

The pizza was exactly as expected so that I would give it a 3/5 for pizza. It is incredibly greasy and super processed toppings. But overall it at least tasted good, versus the pasta and salad was disgusting.

The chicken to the salad came, and was not even real chicken, it was so processed and rubbery that I had to spit it out. I was starving at that point, waiting so long for my food. The cost of the salad would’ve been $1.50 at most, but I was charged for $12.50, it’s insulting when you give such terrible ingredients in charge such a margin for it. It’s actually worse than a 7-Eleven Caesar salad- at least that had real chicken meat. Croutons that came later was basically over cooked pizza crust, so hard u can barely chew it. I would never go back to any pizza huts here. I’ll stick to alt pizza from now on if I want a quick and easy pizza fix.

We ended up going to the food court upstairs as we were all still hungry, and had an amazing lam’s salt...

We came when the restaurant was not busy, there were not much table occupied maybe 2 tables ONLY. We then ordered ours and waited. As we wait, the restaurant became full house and every table after ours receive their orders eventhough they just came in. Reason for not receiving our orders yet was because "so many orders" but how come all tables after us is served ?!?!?!? We waited for 1hour+ still not receive they even forgot out appetisers but then bring it out after we kept asking where is our food how long more! SUCH A BAD SERVICE! The kitchen people all can just laugh due to my fuss!!! 1hour+ waiting and tables after us all served how can i not make a fuss even my BABY is already annoyed sitting there so long!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE this is the first time i make a fuss in a restaurant! Its so bad! 620pm ordered, asked where is our food but kept saying they have many orders / our order is coming soon, but the rest of the tables are served, 710pm we ask for it to be take away as we lost our appetite and baby was already too cranky but the food was still not ready for us to takeaway!! So we had to still WAIT!! We were only 2 people with a baby while others after us is with family, more than 2 people and yet they are served fast. ALL tables after us was served but not us still can say "because we have alot of order + online orders" THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE! THE ISSUE IS IF ITS SOOOOO BUSY HOW COME EVERY TABLE AFTER US GET FOOD ALREADY BUT NOT US?! Wah i very angry! Manager also not helpful, can ask "what do u want to...

When we came in, the floor under our table was so dirty with spilled milk and cake yet the staff didn't even notice it. The smell of sour milk was unbearable until we called the staff to clean it, I have even swept the floor to help them. We made our order 1917 and we waited more than 45 mins before asking the staff. Despite that, we still needed to wait a little bit longer. The worst part was when we requested for dessert that we have ordered at that time to be served. At first, we asked the girl who had initially taken our order. And a few minutes thereafter, we asked a different staff but it was not served. Finally, we asked a male staff but after few seconds he returned, and informed us that the dessert was Out Of Stock!! The gentleman couldn't say anything when I asked him Why the girl who had taken our order refused to inform us instead of him. He just stood there and apologized. He initially asked my daughter to choose a different dessert. Seriously though, after waiting for more than an hour we've been told that dessert was Not Available. We made our move because we were just wasting our time. I felt annoyed, so I told our experience to Suresh, he said sorry and quickly gave a disc., waiving charges, etc, without giving proper response. I told him I didn't need that discount. Instead better explanation would do. Then he gave me a Free Pizza voucher. I still can afford to buy pizza....but I just walked off. Even they gave me a lot of things, it didn't compensate for my Awful...
