Staff here is really very rude.
Came here around 8:30. First thing when we ordered he mumbled that there was no more bread available. My partner and I didn't catch it (because he chose to mumble) and when we ordered the normal white bread he raised his voice and said to us there was no more bread, so we had to order the wrap or flatbread.
While my partner was telling him what he wanted in his sandwich, he screamed, "any more orders?!" To which I was quite taken aback. It was rude. My partner was in the midst of ordering.
After placing our orders and getting it, I opened mine to find it was COLD. But the MOST preposterous thing was that another customer walked in and ordered white bread as their base. To which, he willingly prepared for them. I sat at my seat very horrified by the kind of service offered. What do you mean you said there was no bread but you took it out the moment another customer walks in?
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. You're better off finding another outlet if you want to be...

Unfortunately, while I was eating, two staff members were alternately banging utensils and kitchen equipment. At first, I thought it was just normal handling of stainless tools, but it became progressively louderāespecially when banged by the taller staff member. The constant noise was really irritating and annoying. I couldnāt help but ask if they were okay and why they were banging the tools like that. (But I was so annoyed). One of them apologized, which I appreciated.
I understand it was late and maybe the staff were dealing with something, but it could have been handled differently. Using the tools that way created unnecessary noise and affected the customersā dining experience. Do me a favor, you guys go for professionalism or restaurant/fast food etiquette training, or Customer service, better yet Workplace stress and conflict...

That's quite disappointing, isn't it? To be told that, when we did not ask for any other veggie to go along with our sub. Okay, maybe there's some kind of policy that prevents customers from asking for a bigger portion, even if you're just ordering 1 veggie selection. But if that's the case, then there's sub standard in adhering to this "policy", right?
This was the first time I encountered this response. My usual order, for the veggie selection would be "more lettuce, cucumber, capsicum, and more pickles", and I always thought I was getting more of what I'd requested for.
