Restaurant Kazumi — Restaurant in Bratislava

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was incredibly, incredibly delicious. I came here for both lunch AND dinner in the same day… it was that good.

For English speakers traveling, they did have an English speaking waiter who delivered top-notch, fine dining service and made some amazing recommendations.

Both meals started with the beef soup. 10/10, flying colors! First meal was the steak with Ube (?) noodles which was also 10/10. Finished off with the chocolate ball which the waiter melted with hot cholesterol to reveal vanilla ice cream… equally delicious.

Second dinner meal was the curry chicken which was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t choose...

While I had a pleasant experience for a reasonable price, I was a little disappointed about the sashimi plate after my soup.I like raw fish, hence the shrimps were nothing special. About the eel,I am not sure if this was raw. I know, it's written in the menu, my bad. I would rather pay some more for more raw fish in stead of the shrimps, the egg and other bord filling stuff. After that, I ate the streetfood chicken and I felt pleasantly full. The vegetarian options for my partner were rather poor and I was not willing to participate in the vegetarian sushi plate for 2. We ate at Kazumi today to celebrate our 3rd wedding Anniversary and the food did not disappoint. We ordered way too much food but we didn’t care and it didn’t matter because it was delicious and we ate it all. For the quality of the food, the great service and modern clean and fresh decor it was worth every €. My only criticism was the cheap wooden take away chopsticks that were provided at the table which were out of place for a restaurant of this quality. Management need to make a quick and inexpensive decision to provide much better quality chopsticks...
