Reštaurácia Biela Labuť — Restaurant in Lučenec

We came to this "restaurant" for family dinner and ordered 4 meals and waited and waited. After exactly one hour from placing of order they brought us three meals and last one came after another 10 minutes. 2 schnitzels were dry, breadcrumbs was teared up and potato salad served with them was definitely not fresh, probably from the day before. Burger was also not very tasty and chips had to be ordered separately. Last meal was chicken breast with some gravy, this was the only "good" meal from all. After our complaints young boys (definitely not men ) said not sorry etc. but that we can write google review. So, here you are. We spent nearly 60 euros for these meals and couple of drinks but wasn't worth even third of this price. It's a shame that nice city park has such a bad "restaurant" and that's the only one where you can go to in this park. Also, staff should learn how to greet guests by basic saying Hello, good day ... and saying Thank you. We were very disappointed and we'll definitely won't come back to this place. I'd recommend to everyone to find some other place to eat. Ruined...

Jedna hviezdička za prostredie, ináč jedna veľká tragédia. Boli sme traja,chceli sme sa najesť, objednali sme si len 3 obycajne jedla, Cezar šalát, vyprážaný rezeň a Bravčovú panenku. Čašník čo nás objednával sa po 5 minutách od objednávky vrátil, a este raz sa nás opýatal ze co sme mali (Mohol si to zapísať, keď si nevie zapamätať 3 jedlá a 3 nápoje!) Cesar salat priniesli asi tak o 40 minút od objednávky, zvysné dve jedlá ani po hodine. Priatelka zjedla svoj salat (nebol nic extra), pockali sme este 15 minut, vypytali si ucet a odisli hladni. Cakat vyse hodiny na obycajny vyprázany rezen, to som fakt este nezazil. Terasa bola poloprazdna, casnik po nasej otazke ci je normalne cakat hodinu na jedlo len bez zaujmju po medzi zuby odvrkol, ze prepacte. Pri vedlajsom stole sedela particka asi 6 ludi, tiez mali riadne nervy, polovicu jedal nedostali, hranolky dostali surove, a este nejake problemy, dali si zavolat manazerku, k nasmu stolu uz radsej neprisla, aj ked sme casnikovi vraveli ,ze chceme rozpravat s vedenim. Pochopil by som take dlhe cakanie, keby tam bolo fakt plno, ale restauracia je dimenzovana na minimalne 100 ludi, takze ked nevedia zvladnut 40, tak je to podla mna cisty amaterizmus! Rozhodne sa tam uz nikdy nevratime, a ani nikomu neodporucam navstevu,ked sa chu...

It is an amazing place and we were there on a day when they were running a dog show in the park outside. Even with so much crowd the place had umpteen seating and attentive waiters. We were well attended to and waiters helpful. All the food we ordered was well prepared and ingredients were fresh. The risotto rice was still partially uncooked but it was nothing deal breaking. I would like to go there...
