The farmers platter had the traditional Halusky (potato dumplings in cheese sauce and bacon) Rob also brought us a cheese spread and bread that was very good. We had the traditional cabbage soup, a schnitzel, then a sampling of traditional desserts. Dumplings with apples, poppy seed and sour cherry compote on the side. We also tried the Slavic apple strudel and poppy seed strudel. Rob also brought us a traditional yogurt style drink that was very tasty. Our beer and dry red wine were excellent too! The place is a gem on your way to or from Banska! ...
