Decent cooks. Beware - this is a popular place for workers to eat. As they are mostly heavy workers, movers and builders, the food portions are HUGE, with enormous nutrition value. So if you order a daily meal, it will be fit for two adults - unless you plan to build a 10-meter concrete wall in the afternoon and need those 3000 calories... Good thing is the inn is aware of that and they happily package the rest of your meal to go (since you were only able to eat half of it). In this area this is your best...

Ein kulinarischer Albtraum mit Extraportion Ignoranz

Wir waren heute in diesem Restaurant essen – oder sagen wir besser: Wir haben versucht, uns nicht komplett den Tag verderben zu lassen. Schon beim Betreten wurden wir mit einer Herzlichkeit empfangen, die irgendwo zwischen Eiseskälte und „Was wollt ihr hier?“ lag. Offenbar ist man dort der Meinung, dass Gäste mit Hunden direkt wie Menschen zweiter Klasse behandelt werden müssen. Kein Wasser für die Hunde, kein Lächeln für uns – dafür jede Menge Desinteresse.

Das Essen? Ein absoluter Tiefpunkt. Mein „Thunfischsalat“ war eher ein Salat mit Spuren von Thunfisch. Laut Karte sollte Ei drin sein – Fehlanzeige. Als ich das angesprochen habe, kam nur ein lustloses „Ok“. Kein „Tut mir leid“, kein „Ich klär das“, einfach nur Gleichgültigkeit auf zwei Beinen.

Der andere Salat kam komplett nackt – kein Dressing, kein Geschmack, kein gar nichts. Wir durften dann wie Bettler nach Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer betteln – natürlich einzeln und jedes Mal mit Warten verbunden. Das Risotto mit Gemüse war eine Beleidigung für jeden Reiskorn: lieblos gemischter trockener Reis mit tiefgefrorenem Gemüse direkt aus der Tüte, aufgewärmt – geschmacklich irgendwo zwischen Kantine und Krankenhausküche, nur schlechter.

Die Krönung war die Kellnerin: unfreundlich, unaufmerksam, völlig fehl am Platz. Es wirkte fast so, als wären wir eine Belastung für ihren ansonsten hoffentlich besseren Tag.

Fazit: Wer Lust auf einen Abend voller Ignoranz, miesem Essen und null Gastfreundschaft hat, ist hier goldrichtig. Alle anderen: Meidet diesen...
