We were on our way to find some toilets as we had just finished walking up to the waterfalls when my sister saw this on route to find toilets. So we thought we would get some hot drinks and use the loo. But the waiter called Dennis made us feel so welcome we ended up buy chips and pancakes as well as hot drinks and beer. He was sooooooooo lovely. 10 out of 10 for his customer service. My bag fell on the floor as I was trying to get my purse out the bag. And he got a chair from another table and said you can use this chair to put your bag on. I haven't had a waiter fo that for me before. And we gave him a above average tip and gave us a complimentary blueberry shot each. .. the views sitting outside was amazing. Beautiful mountains and a quiet road. Hardly any cars went past. This place is the best!! This was the view from our balcony 😍 100% recommended this place, the food is super gourmet (at fair prices and generous portions) and there's a varied menu so there's something for everyone for breakfast, lunch or dinner! It's really conveniently placed, next to a bus stop on the main road so you can get anywhere you want to with your own vehicle (there's a car park) or public transport. There are also plenty of cycling and walking routes nearby so it's ideal to use as a base to visit the surrounding mountains and waterfalls. The rooms are pleasant and cleaned regularly, also even if you don't book a room with a balcony then there is a large communal balcony at your disposal - with a view of the mountains too. The staff are really what make this place amazing though! Everyone who works there is happy to help and very friendly, we will definitely be visiting again 😊

Sunday lunch with the family did not work out on Kranjska Gora - all the restaurants were packed with visitors. This roadside restaurant has a high rating and there was one free table. The soups are great! The staff is knowledgeable and fast. Toilets are in the basement, clean and modern. The main course portions are very generous in size. The prices correspond to the size of the dishes and the quality of the food. Very tasty food. In winter, the terrace is closed, but I don’t understand why customers smoke right on the porch and children have to walk through the smoke. creating a smoking area is not difficult. No draft...
