An incredible surprise.

Working near the bar and getting tired of sandwiches miraculously led me to a big surprise.

I can say that I know the inn in principle because the library and the cultural center in Pekre are located at this location. I would never far or near think of drinking coffee here because I wrongly and incorrectly assessed this inn based only on its external appearance. I thought it was a place where the same people sit all day drinking local wine from under the bar. It's not like that.

I've told myself many times that I should never judge an restaurant by its exterior because it can always hide a surprise inside. This happened to me many years ago at the Trampuš.

Let me say at the beginning that it is an extremely high-quality service. Friendliness, service, food quality and a very important price.

The inn is occupied all the time. That in itself really says a lot. It is true that it may be primarily intended for workers' lunches or some older guests but there is certainly no shortage of others as well.

The only thing missing is the discovery of the Tourists. If they find this hidden place I can guarantee you that we will be standing in line.

Would you change anything about the food itself in this location for this reason. Never. I ate for three days, three soups, three main dishes and I can only add like school professional.

Po ne vem kolkih letih smo obiskali Jelko. Preprosta vaška gostilna , ki ponuja celi dan izlucno malice. Druga ni. Malice objavljajo vsak dan ba GB kar je velik plus. 1.Naročil sem krompirjev golaž z hrenovko...(8€)! Golaž malo čudnega okusa, mogoče je to pač njihov recept , ni bil glih dober, hrenovke 1 paar, popolnoma puste brez okusa, čisto brez, nesolene, sploh niso bile dobre...se nikoli nikjer nisem jedel tako slabih. Všeč mi je bilo, da golaž ima potencial, narejen na pravi način, ampak očitno je kuhar ta dan nekaj pozabil dodati in ni bil dober. Ampak porcija ogromna. Zena je jedla piscancji pohani z pomfrijem (8€)...porcija extremno velika, zelo veliko krompirja, solata Sicer velika porcija, če si zelo lačen ali vlki ded so to malce za Vas. Priporočam Jelko, če si lačen, če si ded, če se hočeš res namesto za zelo dobro ceno...z pijačo 2x solatam in malicami je vse skupaj stalo 21 € . Zelo ugodno. Se še bomo vračali, verjamem da je za golaž bil samo slab dan... Lokacija pod Pohorjem v centru Peker zelo dobra, odmaknjena od turističnega jumbusa Pohorskih dragih ponudnikov, zato se splača zapeljati 1 km vstran v Pekre...
