The food here is quite authentic and flavorful. However, during my visit, the restaurant was extremely crowded, mostly filled with large Chinese tour groups. As an individual diner, it was a bit difficult to enjoy the meal in such a noisy and packed environment. It would be great if the restaurant could coordinate better with tour groups to stagger dining times, so that walk-in guests can have a more relaxed experience.
One small suggestion: I noticed that some fried dishes had a slightly burnt or heavy aftertaste, which might be due to the condition of the frying wok rather than the oil itself. Perhaps it's time to consider changing the wok or deep-frying pot. A cleaner or newer pot could help improve the flavor and overall impression of the food.
