We stopped for a meal on our way down from visiting Rogla and its attractions/hiking trails. We've used a restaurant, didn't stay the night. The food was great, my daughter had fried Calamari, and I've had quite a big Pizza - Kraška. Reasonable prices, and with staff looking after us being superb, we will happily return there when we're visiting that part of Slovenia. The whole experience was horrible. The wiener schnitzel had no flavour at all, we got only a lil scoop of pommes and potatoes, the pizza was undercooked and the meat on the pizza was nowhere to be found. We waited more than an hour (!) for three dishes and the restaurant wasnt even full. The staff is overworked and cant keep up with the pace. They offer slovenian traditional cuisine, along with fish and grill. Food is amazing and portions are huge! We had garlic soup for starter which was great, and all main courses were amazing!
