(This review has also been emailed directly to the company too) I was there last week. It was the WORST WINE EXPERIENCE EVER! Firstly, we get to the door, there is nobody inside. A person with a backpack on comes inside and says “I can help you” and he starts to serve us. I ask him how does this tasting work? Remember I have never been here and have no idea of the process of this experience. He says 3 tastings €12!!!!!! At that price, I’ll have one! As he does, another young lady comes up, hands me a wine glass in a bag, charges us and they both walk off! Not a further word. Not a thank you, not a explanation of ANY BLOODY wine!
I hear a rattling in the bag, oh, they are the coins you put in the machine that has 4 taps! What exactly are we drinking? Is is mass produced garbage? Is it a refined, matured, oak driven style. Is the red sweet? (Yes, and a waste of a tasting). Is it a full body tannin red, left in contact with the skins for 3 weeks?
Everything is a guess. The sweet wine we would NEVER have tasted, but as we didn’t know, this was one of our 3 tastings. We tipped this one out!
What an expensive, poorly presented, EXTREMELY poor informed and explained experience.
I will never come here again, and will tell my friends to not waste there time.
Tasting wine is a pleasure. It should be delivered to the customer in an informed manner to explain the characteristics of the wine and the...

Review: I've visited Merezige Wine fountain multiple times in the past, but my recent experience was utterly disappointing. Despite having purchased degustation packages from them previously, which included glasses, I was unable to buy tokens for wine simply because I didn't have their official glasses with me. This policy is not only nonsensical but also extremely frustrating. It seems like they're more interested in enforcing arbitrary rules than in providing a pleasant experience for their customers. Thanks for nothing, Merezige Wine fountain. You've successfully driven away a potential loyal customer.
Note: the day today looked like the image below - the experience resembles it...

Sadly, quite disappointing overall. The idea sounds great, but the execution was poor.
You have to order in the shop — fine. But having to buy a glass just to have a single glass of wine feels like a cash grab.
The pizzas: dough was actually really good, but the toppings… not worth the price. Dry, barely any pistachios, no cream, nothing fresh. Honestly tasted like a sandwich. Plus, waiting over 30 minutes for a pizza when it wasn’t even busy? Not okay.
Also no napkins, no cutlery, no pepper, no chili oil — not even a glass for my water, just my PET bottle. Basic things like that should be a given at an event like this.
Not worth it for me. This event could have real potential, but right now it feels half-hearted and poorly organized. Definitely needs a refresh and some serious...
